Like others have stated, slick catalog with nice looking products that don't deliver. Generally I'd say their products are maybe slightly above Old Navy quality, at triple the cost, especially the button-down shirts. The pullover was pretty nice. Jeans were crap. On a positive note, the clothes are actually true to size, but I won't be ordering from them again.
This company has produced an outstanding promotional magazine and website. Both illustrate a high quality product that, unfortunately, gives a potential customer a. Misleading impression. Coupled with a very high price, the overall impression is product of high-end, unique manufacturing. Not so. At all. My two items list at $99 each. Many other companies offer the same quality at a third the price. I am very disappointed with C2C, but I grudgingly compliment them for advertising that hooked this naive fish into thinking this company was much more than it's less-than-mediocre self.

A year-ish after my last review I decided to try them again, despite my misgivings about the sturdiness of their fabrics. (I just couldn't find visual substitutes for a few attractive items.) Today I received my order. Excellent! Complete improvement, complete satisfaction. Two pairs of shorts, two shirts, and all were sturdy, well stitched (I looked), and as-depicted. There's now a ballpark match in value in my book, and I'll be looking at their updates with an open willingness to buy again. (Oh, quick ship. Less than a week for me.)I'm okay with these guys -- and I returned everything. Great catalog, right? The merchandise wasn't for me, though. I made about a $750 purchase. $250 worth was back-ordered, and $500 arrived pretty quickly. What I got ended up not appealing to me. I taped up the box, slapped on the included label, drove it over the the UPS store, and off it went. The UPS tracking showed it arrived around noon on a Friday. On Thursday the following week the refund showed up on my Carbon2Cobalt orders page. It took an additional few days for Chase to process the refund onto my Chase Visa card. I knew I was charged $7.50 for the return shipping label (cheap!) and I read my original shipping charge wouldn't be refunded (makes sense). The back-ordered stuff I cancelled by e-mail, since it was matched to the returned stuff. The change showed up the next business day. I'm completely satisfied. I sincerely considered keeping my purchase because the appearance was that attractive. Why didn't I?, these folks seem to have a business model relying on the cheapest South Asian materials and labor (Bangladesh, India, etc.), prices corresponding to more premium materials and production, some really appealing designs, and solid presentation through their catalog and photography. That's the call of the entrepreneur, I wish this company luck, and commend them for apparently-improved returns processing, having read older reviews.
Carbon2 colbalt shirts has a generous size for men and well made. The colors of the shirts are very different and good looking. You will stand out in a crowd of people.
Bought a hundred dollar pair of jeans and wore them three times and the buttons for the button fly broke. Contacted customer service and they don't return my call. No longer shopping there and I purchased lots of items from them.
They Bold Face RIPPED US OFF!
I can't believe the complete incompetence or outright dishonesty from this company!
We returned an expensive shirt for exchange to a smaller size... in their own return packaging, never heard from them. I finally called, they claimed no record of the return at first, THEN she said she found it as I persisted for about 45 full minutes. Okay, at this point I gave the benefit of the doubt, stupid me... and proceeded with the initial exchange... NOTHING. After a few weeks of waiting, I called again, to be informed that the item was no longer available. So... I picked something of lesser value and was informed that the new shirt would be shipped immediately and the difference refunded... NOTHING! After a third call they now claim of having no record of anything from us though we have it all in our credit card file that they can't seem to find yet again.
I don't say this lightly, as I've never written a review before but... BEWARE!
CARBON2COBALT is a RIPPOFF COMPANY!.

My wife got me 3 shirts-2 t-shirts, 1 polo- they're all medium but they are all different sizes! How can that be? Same company, same size, don't they have a pattern? You'd think for the price you pay... you fill in the blank
So I'm not sure if they're trying to overhaul their customer service program or what, but after reading the reviews here I had very low expectations. C2C far exceeded them.
I was gifted a sweater for Christmas but it was too big. Sent it back for an exchange but unfortunately it was backordered so I had to wait 3 months. Sweater came but was defective, stitching on the zipper had come undone. Go figure, it was backordered again but this time until September! I let them know and they gave me a gift card for the value of the sweater and let me keep the sweater since I just wanted to take it to my tailor to have restitched in the first place. Very impressed and frankly, on par with customer service you'd expect from Nordstrom or other high end shops. Good job C2C
I received an email from C2C letting me know that there was a processing issue related to the order I had placed. I contacted C2C to inquire about the issue. The customer service rep asked for the order number, which I did not have at the time. This seemed to irritate him given the fact that he now had to search for the order by my name. When he found the order he asked for my zip code, which I gave to him. He then proceeded to tell me that the address I gave him did not match the zip code. The irritating thing was not what he said but how he said it. This "attitude" toward the customer seems to be an ongoing issue with C2C given that 90 plus percent of their complaints reflect the customer's dissatisfaction when it comes to customer service issues. The management staff has repeatedly failed to address this issue given the fact that it has been allowed to persist for years.
I was leery of ordering because of the negative reviews, but did and was very pleased with the quality and feel of the shirt I ordered. The price is a little more than I'm used to, but it was worth it. I just ordered 3 more shirts.
I've been trying to return a Christmas gift for a different size. I cannot find a customer service rep who can give me instructions on how to return my gift for a different size. How ridiculous is this?
I would never buy anything from this company
Terrible! They charged my credit card when they never even shipped an item then I had to call 3 times to try and get my money credited on an item never received! They told me to call back when a supervisor was on duty so they could process the return then I called back and she said she would have to submit my request to a supervisor and they will get back to you! Unbelievable now I have to wait additional time while they have had over a hundred dollars of my money for 28 days! Crazy In addition I found the items to be OVERPRICED Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company Beautiful catalog so it's very deceiving!
I ordered 4 items online for a Christmas gift approx date Nov 24th for my son who is Airforce and stationed in the United Kingdom. I started checking on the item on Dec 15th, 2020 and the supervisor told me the package is probably lost and she would send another order out but they only had 1 item of the 4 items in stock. I checked the USPS tracking label and the information I received

I would read into this that the order was never shipped and they were waiting for items to come in. My understanding was everything was in stock when I ordered. I am beyond disappointed and feel Carbon2Coblat was not more transparent when I made the original order. My son has no family in the UK and wanted to at least send him some gifts. It's now too late to do anything... THANKS CARBON 2 COBALT... THIS TRULY SUCKS! SB
I bought a really nice leather jacket I've been eye balling for 6 months now and was mistakenly charged for shipping. A quick email to them and received a credit the same day. Could not be happier with them or my purchase. And I am writing this on my own. It is not part of any promotion. I'm just really happy with my jacket
